To my dear friend Doom. I remember once asking you to count to 10 to test a telephone line, instead you quoted a poem by Alfred, Lord Tennyson.
The Eagle
He clasps the crag with crooked hands;
Close to the sun in lonely lands,
Ring'd with the azure world,he stands.
